This site hasn't really changed
since the end of February, and I am no longer actively maintaining
it.
If you have anything you want added to the site, ask Cameron
or Bernard. Otherwise it will remain in its present state for the
forseeable future.
Apparently there was going to be a semi-official NMSS 2002 web site set up by the EGs. This hasn't happened yet [and is unlikely to happen], so my site will have to do.
David Day has put together an excellent site with everyone's details (phone, email address, etc). If you haven't added yourself to his list, you should.
Shihab has made another site to collect everyone's birthday, although this is not really necessary since Dave's site now lists everything that this one does and more.
The canonical source for NMSS photos is the Yahoo group. The exceptions are my photos and Bernard's photos.
I've put a heap of my NMSS photos on this site. Hayden Beck doctored one of these photos; his modification is also here.
Bernard has set up a gallery with his photos which is far more nifty than mine.
There is a stack of other photos here, including the EGs' boards, a few tute groups, the group photo and Lawrence's photos. Note that none of these except for the whiteboards were taken by me - I've just stuck them in thumbnail gallery-thingy.
I also have a (not-yet complete) list of NMSS quotes. If other people can think of memorable things that were said, email them to me and I'll put them up.
I may end up writing more stuff here. In particular, something should be said about Daniel's psychotic stress ball and its plot to kill me and Nick Beeton.
Western Australia
We had the first successful NMSS reunion at 10am on Saturday, 26 January, with all of the
WA people except
for Ernest meeting up. I have a couple of photos
of the event here.
Queensland
Planned for Monday 28 January. Unfortunately, only five people rocked up. [The same
as for the W.A. meeting...]
New South Wales
Seven people turned up on Tuesday 29 January, making it the third successful NeMeSiS
reunion.
South Australia
The first SA reunion was on Monday 4 February at the Marion Megaplex,
to coincide with Norm's visit to Adelaide. According to David Liew,
it was very successful. Attendance was equal to 100% of the number of
SA participants. [CP notes: since Norm was there, presumably one of the
SA people couldn't make it.]
Victoria
Planned for Sunday 10 February.
Queensland
Planned for the weekend around 23rd or 24th February.
South Australia
Planned for the weekend 23rd/24th Feburary because Thanom is coming
to Adelaide. (Probably Sunday.)

There have been many successful reunions around the country mentioned
on the mailing list.
Bernard set up a site for the NMSS 2001 students.
There's an email list that the EGs (well, Bernard and William) have set up. There are also many wonderful photos at this site.
Robbie Gates and some other people maintain The Official NMSS Web Site, but it's not really very active.
Ben has a NeMeSiS Shrine with photos and lyrics from many years of NMSS.
